Katie Waters is an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in providing support to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams across various industries. Currently serving at The Phoenix since February 2019, Katie has previously held positions at Fastaff Travel Nursing, Korn Ferry, and Light Street Capital, where responsibilities included assisting CEOs, supporting multiple VPs, and coordinating projects. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
