Estuardo Rodas has extensive experience in behavioral support and social services, currently serving as a member of the NCI Team at The Phoenix Center since September 2018, where contributions include assisting the BCBA with behavior assessments and collaborating with educational staff to create Behavior Support Plans. Additional roles include Head Paraprofessional at Above and Beyond Learning Group and Behavioral Therapist at Camp Acorn, both held since August 2016 and June 2008, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Group Lead at The Kintock Group and Case Manager for parolees, as well as an ABA Paraprofessional at David Gregory School. Estuardo Rodas holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Rutgers University, alongside a degree from Passaic County Community College in the same field and a high school diploma in Culinary Arts.
