Lacey Upton, Ed.M. is an experienced professional in the fields of philanthropy and community engagement. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Philanthropic Advisor at The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI) since January 2022, Lacey previously held the position of Senior Program Manager at Project 351 from July 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes a Graduate Internship at Harvard Ed Portal and various roles at Boston Lyric Opera, Metropolitan Opera Guild, Teen Ink Magazine, and Starting Artists, Inc. Lacey's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Learning & Teaching from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
