Christy Reardon has worked in various roles in the education sector. Christy is currently serving as the Associate Head of School at The Philadelphia School since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Lower School at The Philadelphia School from June 2020 to July 2023. Before joining The Philadelphia School, Christy worked as the Director of Lower School at Germantown Friends School from July 2014 to June 2020. Christy also served as the Assistant Head of Lower School at Wilmington Friends School from July 2009 to June 2014.
