Reem Saleh, BSW, CDP, is a dedicated social worker currently engaged in care management for skilled nursing facilities at The Philadelphia Protestant Home since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Lead Social Worker at Holy Redeemer Health System from July 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities encompassed managing social services for a diverse range of care programs and ensuring comprehensive support for 296 residents and patients. Reem also held roles as an SNF Social Worker and as a Social Services Intern at The Philadelphia Protestant Home, focusing on resident needs and support in memory care settings. Additional experiences include internships and work in legal aid and community food services. Reem holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Temple University and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Rasmussen University.
