Pari Dasmuth is the Web Project Manager at The Philadelphia Orchestra, one of the largest performing arts consortiums in America. Pari has been with the Philadelphia Orchestra Association since January 2017, and in their current role, they manage web projects and ensures the smooth functioning of mission-critical infrastructure, such as Tessitura (CRM), that supports marketing, ticketing, fundraising and telephone services.

Pari is the primary point of contact for all web projects in IT Services to multiple stakeholders and clients. Pari manages a team of web developers and QA staff to implement web applications integrated with CRM Tessitura that have had a positive impact on revenue growth for the consortium. Pari also organizes meetings to accommodate the needs of the Shared Services Team consisting of departments such as Marketing, Development, Education, Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Web Development, Client Relations and Patron Services. In addition, they maintain an issue tracking system called Footprints to track and monitor issues, enhancements and project status updates for clients.

Pari has coordinated, communicated and ensured the delivery of all web development projects to meet critical client deadlines. Pari has also provided resources and IT support for other Philadelphia-area performing arts organizations. In 2019, they lead the project for a cross-platform Mobile app called LiveNote that allows any arts organization to broadcast audio, video and text on your phone during a live performance to follow along. The app was very well received by local Tessitura users and the larger Tessitura community at various conferences.

Pari Dasmuth has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Pari is certified by Yoga Alliance in RYT 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and by Classical Indian Dance in Bharatanatyam Arangetram (Certificate of Completion in Classical Indian Dance).
