Rachael Micucci is a marketing professional with extensive experience in customer journey management and marketing strategy development. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Ensemble Arts Philly since March 2022, Rachael previously held the role of Marketing Manager at AH & Association Headquarters, where responsibilities included project management of marketing initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, and content strategy development. Rachael's background also includes roles as a Customer Experience & Data Specialist at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, where data-driven customer insights were utilized to enhance visitor experiences, and administrative and marketing support positions at various organizations, including SLP Concerts and BRE Presents. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Music Industry from Monmouth University.
