Matt Cooper currently serves as the Vice President of Audience Services at The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts since May 2023 and holds the position of Vice President at Ticket Philadelphia, where involvement has been ongoing since July 2019. Previously, Matt Cooper operated as an independent consultant in early 2019, offering strategic advice to non-profit organizations in marketing, ticketing, and visitor services. With extensive experience at JCA from 2003 to 2019, including roles as President and Chief Operating Officer, Matt Cooper also contributed to Ticket Philadelphia as Director of Ticketing Services and held a managerial position at Carnegie Hall. Matt Cooper earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Music from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating in 1994.
