Carla Pontarelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venue management and guest services within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the IDEAS Committee Co-Chair at The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts, Carla focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace and coordinating event logistics. Carla's previous roles include Senior Guest Services Manager, overseeing a large team of union ushers, and House Manager at both The Philadelphia Orchestra and Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, where collaboration across departments ensured exceptional guest experiences. Carla's background includes training and performance roles at Walt Disney World, as well as a 50-hour certification in Yoga Sculpt from CorePower Yoga. Carla holds a Graduate Certificate in Arts and Culture Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Joseph's University.
