Jeffrey Yefsky is the Chief Executive Officer of The Performance Institute, leading a team that supports government initiatives for transparent government spending. Jeffrey also served as the CEO of Spartan Solution Services, focusing on increasing visibility for government and commercial organizations through Business Intelligence and Contracting Services. Jeffrey has a background in General Supply Logistics in the Naval Special Warfare U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, as well as experience in IT solutions at 5x Technology. In addition, Jeffrey has served in various roles in the U.S. Navy and has experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in other companies. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
