Brett Lessley has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Brett began their career at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville as an Assistant in 1999, where they worked until 2002. Brett then joined the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a National Bank Examiner in 2001, a role they held until 2007. In 2007, Brett joined Peoples State Bank of Newton, where they held various positions, including Assistant Vice President, Vice President/Senior Lending Officer, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Senior Lending Officer. Brett'stenure at Peoples State Bank spans from 2007 to the present.

Brett Lessley attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance. In 2001 to 2002, they also studied Finance at Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
