Mat Wilcox is an experienced sales executive currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales at Appen since October 2023. Mat has been an Investor and Advisor at Epicenter Experience since March 2017, where the focus is on a cloud-based software platform facilitating real-time interactions between consumers and companies. Previous roles include GTM at Stackwatch (April 2022 - October 2023), Area Vice President at Yugabyte (2021-2022), VP Sales at Coder (2020-2021), and VP Sales for the South at Pivotal (2010-2020), among others. Mat's career began at Oracle Corporation as a Technology Sales Manager (1996-2004) and includes founding Franklin Financial as President (2004-2008) and working as an Account Executive at Callidus Software (2008-2010). Mat holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University.
