Katrin Kourtoff currently serves as the Director of HR & People Operations at Big Viking Games since April 2024 and has been involved with The People People Group as an Ambassador & Community Events since September 2021, supporting a large network of HR, Talent, and People Operations professionals. Previously, Katrin held the position of Head of People & Culture at Coinchange from October 2021 to 2024, contributing to the advancement of financial solutions in the crypto and DeFi space. Additional roles include People Operations Manager at Flashfood, Operations and Special Projects Manager at Coinsquare, Project Manager and Tour Manager at Health Canada, Event Manager at Proof Experiences, Administrative and Accounting Assistant at Downtown AutoGroup, and Brand Ambassador at Swarovski. Educationally, Katrin holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Carleton University, majoring in Law with minors in International Business and German.
