Nathalie McGrath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. As Co-Founder of The People Design House since 2019, Nathalie collaborates with early teams to mitigate HR challenges. In addition, Nathalie serves as an Angel Investor and Advisor for Just Me, providing support to innovative individuals and projects since 2020. Previously, Nathalie held the position of VP of People at Coinbase from 2014 to 2019, where efforts focused on scaling the company from approximately 10 to 1,000 employees. Nathalie also contributed to the Stanford Graduate School of Business as Director of Operations from 2007 to 2014, aiding MBA students in aligning their careers with personal interests and values. Early career experience includes an internship at the Peter A. & Vernice H. Gasser Foundation in 2005. Nathalie McGrath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
