Beck Flanagan is an experienced Grants Manager currently serving at The People Concern, having previously held the title of Foundation and Corporate Grants Manager at Shoes That Fit. At Shoes That Fit, Beck managed a portfolio of foundation funding, cultivated relationships with potential funders, and oversaw the Development department's interns. Previous experience includes roles as a Grants Manager and Grant Writer at Shoes That Fit, as well as a Research Assistant at Chapman University and an Assessment and Institutional Research Associate at Scripps College, where data management and program assessment were key responsibilities.
