Kathryn Hartzell, PMP, PROSCI has a wealth of experience in technology management and project/portfolio management. Kathryn currently serves as the Director of Technology and Innovation Management at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since October 2017. Kathryn Hartzell, PMP, PROSCI pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems at Penn State University from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skill set. In 2016, Kathryn became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Further, they achieved the Certified Government CIO (CGCIO TM) certification from The Government Technology Institute at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in September 2013. Lastly, Kathryn holds the ITIL V3 Foundation certification, although specific information regarding the institution and the dates of attainment are not provided.
