Shannon L. D'Eramo is an experienced educator currently employed at The Pennfield School since September 2021. Prior to this role, Shannon served at Newport County Regional YMCA for two decades, starting as Child Care Director and advancing to Senior Director of Program Management and ultimately Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed program management, operational oversight, and budget management for various departments. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Salve Regina University and a Master of Education in Reading Teacher Education from Rhode Island College, as well as additional education from CCRI.
