Ben Orsborn's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Curator at Crestock until November 2011. In 2010, they started their own photography business, Benjamin Orsborn Photography, where they worked as a Photographer until 2013. In 2012, they became a Co-Founder and Art Director at Land & Sea Co., a branding and communications company, until July 2015. From January 2015 to February 2016, they worked in Production & Communications at DECADE // Media & Creative, an award-winning production company. In March 2016, they joined International Justice Mission as a Graphic Designer, responsible for protecting the poor from violence throughout the developing world. Ben later became a Senior Designer in November 2019 and worked in this role until February 2020. Currently, Ben Orsborn is working as an Art Director at The Peach Truck, starting from February 2020.

Ben Orsborn attended Asbury University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts.
