Sendi Young is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the payments and fintech sectors. Currently serving as a Visiting Fellow at ZINC, Sendi supports a cohort of founders addressing environmental threats to health. At The Payments Association, Sendi mentors the ESG Working Group, serves as an Advisory Board Member, and acts as a judge for the PAY360 Awards. With a strong public speaking portfolio, Sendi has delivered over 30 engagements on topics such as blockchain, corporate culture, and women in business. Previous roles include Managing Director for UK and Europe at Ripple and positions at Mastercard, AlixPartners, and HSBC.
