Jariatu Jambai, LMSW, currently serves as a School Social Worker at The Pathways Schools since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jariatu Jambai gained experience as a Tutor at Seth Tutoring & Mentoring LLC for a short period in 2021 and as an AmeriCorps member with Youth & Opportunity United from August 2019 to August 2020. Jariatu Jambai's earlier positions include conducting research at the University of Maryland from June 2018 to August 2019, serving as an Orientation Advisor at the UMD Office of Orientation from May 2017 to August 2018, working as Weight/Fitness Staff at the Eppley Recreation Center from August 2016 to January 2018, and being a Camp Counselor with Mad Science of Washington from May 2015 to August 2016. Jariatu Jambai holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, attained in 2022, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland, completed in 2019, alongside a high school diploma from Laurel High School.
