Catherine Gilstrap is an experienced customer support professional with a focus on problem resolution and training. Currently, Catherine works as a Customer Support Specialist at The Pasha Group since September 2016, following a long tenure at Horizon Lines from November 2004 to June 2022, where roles included Customer Service Professional and Inbound Operations Coordinator. Catherine’s career began at SeaLand Services, Inc. and included significant responsibilities in documentation, account monitoring, and training across various positions. In addition to these roles, Catherine served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Austin College, providing training and tutoring. Catherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and has completed coursework towards a Master's degree in Music Performance at the University of North Texas.
