Surajit Banerjee has been working as an Executive Chef at Marasa Sarovar Premiere at Bodhgaya since July 2019. Surajit previously held the position of Senior Sous Chef at The Park Hotels from 1995 to November 2018. Banerjee completed a Trade Diploma in Food Production from Institude Of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Scottish Church College in 1994.
