Kristy Nilson serves as the VP of Marketing & Customer Success at The PAR Group since October 2006, where significant achievements include overhauling the customer support department, enhancing efficiency, and reducing churn rates. Previously, Kristy held roles as Director of Marketing and Customer Relations, and Account Executive at the same company, focusing on customer satisfaction and lead generation. With earlier experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Del Laboratories, where a new requisition system generated $240M in revenues, and as a Marketing Assistant at Sony BMG, Kristy developed a strong foundation in marketing and customer relations. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and holds certifications in personal training, with current progress toward a CPT designation from NASM.
