Jason LeBlanc has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jason is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer at The PAC Group, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Engineering & Operations Solutions - Reality Labs at Meta from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Meta, Jason had a long career at Amazon where they held various roles. Jason was a Director from October 2018 to January 2022, overseeing operations and maintenance engineering. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Global Reliability & Maintenance Engineering from October 2016 to October 2018, and as a Regional Maintenance Manager from October 2014 to October 2016. In these roles, they developed and implemented maintenance strategies, programs, and solutions for a wide range of facilities and equipment.

Jason also has experience in the United States Air Force. Jason served as a Program Manager in the Office of The Air Force Civil Engineer from July 2011 to June 2012, where they managed communications and interactions between the Air Force and Congress. Prior to this, they held various roles in facilities and infrastructure management, including Facilities and Infrastructure Asset Manager and Deputy Chief of Engineering.

Jason LeBlanc has a diverse education history. Jason began their academic journey at the Community College of the Air Force from 1995 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical and Electrical Technology. Subsequently, they attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Psychology. Jason then pursued higher education at the University of Oklahoma from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master of Arts degree in International Relations. Lastly, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, completing the program in 2007.
