Rosalind Bentley is a distinguished educator and experienced journalist currently serving as a Professor of Practice and Interim Director of the Narrative Nonfiction MFA Program at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia. Bentley teaches advanced narrative nonfiction writing and oversees a program aimed at helping writers and journalists craft literary nonfiction stories for publication. Additionally, Bentley holds the position of Deputy Editor at the Southern Foodways Alliance, contributing to the quarterly publication "Gravy," and serves as Editor At Large for the Oxford American Magazine, where collaboration with writers focuses on storytelling from the American South. Bentley's extensive journalism background includes roles as an Enterprise Reporter and Writer at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Star Tribune, the latter leading to a Pulitzer-Prize finalist recognition.
