Mattha Nguyen's work experience includes several roles in various companies. In 2015, they worked as a Shift Manager at Tropical Smoothie Cafe for two years. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Server at Viet-Nomz. In 2018, they had an internship as an Operations Intern at Sherwin-Williams for two months. Also in 2018, they joined Siemens Energy as an Inventory Control Analyst Intern and later became an Inventory Control and Forecasting Analyst from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst at AdventHealth until May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Media Planner and Analyst at The Outloud Group, starting in May 2022.

Mattha Nguyen began their education journey in 2015 at Valencia College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering. They studied at Valencia College until 2017. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, Mattha attended the University of Central Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering. During the same period, they also earned a Certificate in Engineering Leadership from the University of Central Florida. In 2019, Mattha participated in a Study Abroad Program at Jönköping University, focusing on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
