Ella Cooper, MHA, has over a decade of experience at The Ottawa Hospital, where roles have included Manager of Compensation, Classification, Pension & Benefits, and various leadership positions within Total Rewards and HR Operations. Previous experience includes volunteering as Coordinator at ElderDog Canada Inc, assisting seniors with their dogs, and serving as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. Ella holds an Honours Bachelor in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and a Master of Health Administration from the same institution.
