Robert Davalos has extensive experience in roles focused on program management and resident support within the non-profit sector. Since November 2019, Robert has contributed as Program Staff at The Other Side Academy. Prior to this role, Robert dedicated 15 years to the Delancey Street Foundation, where responsibilities included managing the entire New York facility and overseeing the mental health and well-being of hundreds of residents.
