Kaylene Rothschuh is an experienced professional in revenue cycle management and account management, currently serving as Revenue Cycle Manager at The Orthopaedic Institute since October 2018, where responsibilities include overhauling the company's Collections function. Previously, from July 2005 to October 2018, Kaylene held positions at One Call Care Management, first as Accounts Receivable Manager, responsible for collecting nearly 25% of the company's $1.5 billion annual revenue, and later as Account Manager in Enterprise Sales, coordinating care for post-injury claimants covered by Workers’ Compensation benefits.
