Darin Nelson has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sr. Consultant at Ernst & Young from 1994 to 1998. Darin then worked as a Consultant at Motion International from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2010, they served as an IT Manager in the Industrial Sector at Eaton. Following that, they worked as an IT Manager for Customer Facing at Eaton Hydraulics from 2009 to 2011. Later, they held various IT managerial roles at Eaton, including Enterprise SOA Engagements and Integration Technologies from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of The Original Mattress Factory since December 2014.

From 1989 to 1994, Darin Nelson attended St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Computer Information Systems.
