Monica Enand is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993. Enand holds multiple board member positions at The Oregon Community Foundation, Wayfinder, and NW Natural, and serves as a council member for the Oregon State Treasury - Oregon Investment Council.
