Michelle Pope is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner and Recruitment Lead at The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) since November 2018, Michelle oversees high-volume recruitment activities for management and senior positions, supporting care homes across four counties.
