Jack Kenny has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Jack began their career as a Production Assistant at Hum: Music Production & Audio Branding in 2006 and worked there until 2015. Jack then worked as a Freelance Production Music Consultant and Playlist Designer from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined AWAL as a Coordinator, Content Operations, and later progressed to the role of Manager, Digital Content Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for a variety of tasks, including quality control and approval of audio and video products, managing delivery to digital service providers, handling rights management requests, providing support and troubleshooting, and collaborating with other teams to improve efficiency. In 2023, Jack started working at The Orchard as a Label Manager.

Jack Kenny attended Thames Valley University from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Technology. Jack successfully obtained a 2:1 classification in their degree.
