Brian Lokhorst, MSc, BSc, currently serves as Lead IT Architect at the CTO Office and Lead Architect of the SOA Competence Center at Belastingdienst since May 2020. Additionally, Brian is a Certified IT Architect with The Open Group and a Certified SOA Architect with Arcitura Education Inc. Brian's extensive experience at the Dutch Tax and Customs Agency includes roles such as Lead Architect of the SOA Competence Centre and IT Architect in the Integration Competence Center, focusing on service technology and governance. Brian's career in the Dutch Tax and Customs Agency spans over 15 years, with notable positions including Senior Solution Architect and Technical Team Lead. Brian holds a MSc in Bestuurlijke Informatiekunde from the University of Groningen and a BSc in International Business Economics from Windesheim.
