Previous positions include Commi Chef at multiple locations such as London taxi restaurant and London taxi multi cuisine restaurant in mid-2017, along with a brief tenure at FINEDINE CATERERS LTD. In earlier roles, Shreesha specialized in baking and pastry as a Bakery and Pastry Chef at The Chocolate Room India and The Ocean Pearl, and gained experience as a Senior Steward at Ginger Hotels - A TATA Enterprise.
