Thao Vo is a HR administrator at The Old Vic. Prior to this, they worked as an HR researcher at Scottish Canals from February 2021 to August 2021. There, they researched on the establishment of a new competency framework and overhaul of performance appraisal process. Before that, they worked as a human resources executive at Crowe Vietnam from December 2018 to May 2020, where they were responsible for hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, and administrative responsibilities. Thao has a strong background in human resources and is dedicated to their work in this field.

Thao Vo has a CIPD Level 7 certification from CIPD Qualifications and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Strathclyde. Thao also has two Bachelor's degrees, one in International Business Economics and one in Economics, both from the Foreign Trade University.

Thao Vo works with Mariam Anjorin - Junior HR Advisor, Rena Nordmann - HR Projects Manager. Thao Vo reports to Jessica Lynch-Blosse, HR Associate Director.
