Tara Pantaleno is the Group Head of Human Resources at The Olayan Group since August 2021. Previously, Tara held various roles at MUFG from February 2013 to August 2021, serving as the Head of Human Resources for MUSA and Lead MUFG Business Partner, as well as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Tara's experience also includes positions at Cerberus as HR Manager and VP of Human Resources from February 2007 to January 2013, HR Supervisor at AIG from May 2005 to February 2007, and Recruiter roles at WellCare and TeamStaff Rx from 2001 to 2005. Educationally, Tara holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, completed between 1995 and 1999.
