Gebril R. Rapuza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and customer relations. Previously, Rapuza worked as a Relationship Officer at Mashreq Bank from April 2014 to December 2017, focusing on retail banking sales and customer service. Early career experiences include roles at Virgin Australia, Sitel, Alorica, and Cotabato Sugar Central Company Inc., providing expertise in customer service, reservations, and human resources. Gebril R. Rapuza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Industrial Psychology from the University of Southern Mindanao.
