Shawn Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and logistics. Currently, Shawn serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations at The Ohio State University, where responsibilities include leading organizational transformation and optimizing supply chain activities. Previously, Shawn held the position of Vice President and Board of Directors for a regional charity benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, achieving over $2.3 million in fundraising. With a background at DHL as a Product Development, Innovation and Customer Solutions Manager, and as a Senior Manager at Exel, Shawn has demonstrated a strong capability in developing customer solutions and managing engineering teams. Additional early experience includes roles at YRC Freight, focusing on planning and process efficiency. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Production Management with a concentration in Transportation Logistics from The Ohio State University.
