Mark Goodman possesses extensive experience in talent development and learning engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Learning Engagement Manager at The Ohio Society of CPAs since August 2022, Mark previously held the title of Talent Development Leader at Battelle, where responsibilities included leading enterprise-level learning and development programs. Prior roles include Talent and Development Manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where Mark oversaw training for Supply Chain and Central Distribution, and Learning Facilitator II at Fiserv, where training sessions for new hires were developed and led. Early career experience includes working as a Training Technician at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and as an Instructor at YouthBuild Columbus Community School. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Teacher Education from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University.
