Barbara Rader currently serves as the Director of Client Engagement and Growth at The O'Connor Group, a position held since October 2019, where responsibilities include executing creative sales initiatives, expanding into new industry areas, and enhancing brand awareness. Prior to this role, Barbara was a Senior Client Success Manager at The O'Connor Group, focusing on talent acquisition and human resources for diverse clients. Barbara's expertise in client management and recruiting was further honed as Director at QUAD656 from 2005 to September 2019, targeting the Greater Philadelphia region's top companies in accounting, finance, and operations. Additional experience includes an Adjunct Instructor position at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and serving as Area Vice President at Ajilon from 1993 to 2005. Barbara holds a degree from Cabrini University and attended Merion Mercy Academy.
