Janice Pliner is an experienced program manager with a strong background in training and organizational development. Currently serving at The OASIS Institute since March 2013, Janice oversees the planning and development of lifelong learning courses. Previous roles include Director of Volunteer Services and Training at Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic, where Janice managed over 700 volunteers, and numerous consulting engagements focused on training and instructional design. Janice's earlier experience includes leadership positions at HMS Host and Gannett Company, emphasizing performance solutions and comprehensive training programs. Janice holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from the University of North Carolina.
