Thomas Kivak has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as the Food Service Director at The Nutrition Group since July 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at United Methodist Homes from April 2007 to July 2020 as a Cook Supervisor and Dietary Aide. In 2018, Thomas completed an internship at Legends. Educationally, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Wilkes University and two Associate degrees: an AAS in Hospitality Administration/Management and an AAS in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both from Luzerne County Community College.
