Tom Baggio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, program management, and business development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success and Director of the Program Management Office at The Numina Group since November 2015, Tom oversees project alignment with organizational goals. Previously, Tom held the position of Sr. Solutions Architect at The AnyLogic Company and Director of Business Development at IPC, a global trade association for the electronics industry. Tom's tenure at Panasonic Factory Solutions included roles such as Group Manager for North American Services, where responsibilities encompassed operations and business development with full P&L oversight. Tom's career began at Alcatel-Lucent as a Member of the Technical Staff, developing patented processes within the PCB manufacturing field. Tom holds a Certificate in Business Management from the University of Chicago and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
