Carley Watman has worked for six companies since 2019. In 2019, they were a Production Intern for Cartoon Network. In 2020, they were an Intern for Speak UP. In 2021, they were a Research Assistant for the International Rescue Committee, a Project Manager for GLEOW, and a Developmental Interventionist for Professional Child Development Associates. Currently, they are a Content Contributor for The Nudge.

Carley Watman began their educational journey by graduating from LREI with a High School Diploma in 2017. Carley then attended Occidental College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021. In 2018, they completed a course at ArtCenter College of Design in Design 360. In 2019, they participated in a Study Abroad Semester at the School for International Training in Indonesia, focusing on Arts, Religion, and Social Change. Most recently, in August 2021, Carley obtained a Content Marketing Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
