Dirk Lammering currently serves as Director of Innovation at The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency, overseeing User Experience and Data Sharing, as well as initiatives for Seamless Public Digital Services and Life Events. With extensive experience in the agency's strategic leadership, Dirk has driven Norway's ambition to excel in the digitalisation of public services since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dirk held multiple senior positions at Brønnøysundregistrene, focusing on strategy, innovation, and business development in digitalisation efforts. Dirk's career also includes significant roles at Microsoft Norge AS, where engagements with government sectors helped shape Microsoft's strategic presence in Norway, and at Mamut AS, where a robust international sales organization was developed across various European markets. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
