Tonje Sperre is a project director at Adapteo Norge, overseeing a team dedicated to the construction of modular buildings for private and public clients since August 2024. Concurrently, Tonje serves as Chairman of the Board and board member for specialized groups within Den norske dataforening, recognized as this organization's "årets ildsjel" in 2023. Previously, Tonje has offered strategic advisory and consulting services at HRP and Knowit, focusing on digitalization and change management. Experience spans roles in logistics at Helthjem, where Tonje led customer service initiatives resulting in notable awards, as well as a significant early career at SpareBank 1 and Norsk Gjenvinning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Change Management from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from the University of South-Eastern Norway, along with a course from Harvard Business School Online.
