Bent Hammer serves as the Group CFO for Itera, an international IT and Communication consulting firm listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, leading finance and investor relations since September 2015. Under Bent Hammer's leadership, the company's market capitalization increased fivefold, supported by a team of 12 professionals. In addition to this role, Bent Hammer holds several board memberships, including positions at Den norske dataforening, Cicero Consulting, Compendia, Itera Offshoring Services AS, and Itera Norge AS. Previous experience includes serving as CFO for Capgemini Norge and Group CFO at New Store Europe, with a strong educational background comprising an MBA in Financial Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BSc in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
