Paul O'Neill currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The North Australian Pastoral Company since April 2024. Previously, Paul held the CFO position at Queensland Alumina Limited from March 2020 to March 2024, and worked as the Finance Process Manager for Moy Park from June 2018 to December 2019. Past experiences also include the role of Chief Financial Officer for Glencore's NQ Zinc Assets in Australia from July 2014 to February 2018 and various managerial positions at Rio Tinto from September 2005 to July 2014. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Senior Business/Corporate Analyst at Western Mining Corporation Limited and had roles at Normandy Mining Limited and Rengain Consulting. Paul holds several qualifications, including Chartered Accountant status from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Grad Dip in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Queen's University Belfast. Additionally, Paul completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
