Lisa Lugtigheid, Esq., CRCM has extensive work experience in compliance and legal positions. Lisa currently holds the position of Director of Compliance at The Norman Group since September 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Compliance Advisor and Contract Compliance Advisor at Temenos from January 2016 to January 2023. Prior to that, Lisa worked at United Bank of Michigan as a Legal Counsel and Mortgage Compliance Analyst from August 2011 to October 2016.
